What is the NDAX Login?
The NDAX Login grants access to your Canadian exchange account, trading dashboard, and custodial wallets. This guide focuses on secure sign-in steps, account hardening (2FA, password hygiene), and recovery procedures.
Before you sign in to NDAX
- Type
https://ndax.ca directly into your browser or use a trusted bookmark.
- Check for the padlock (SSL) and valid certificate in the address bar.
- Avoid clicking login links from unsolicited emails or messages — these can be phishing attempts.
Step-by-step: NDAX Login
- Open https://ndax.ca/login.
- Enter your registered email and password.
- Complete any CAPTCHA or device verification prompts.
- If 2FA is enabled, input the code from your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy) or use a hardware key as configured.
- Confirm successful login and review recent session notifications sent by NDAX.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for NDAX Login
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security. We recommend using an authenticator app or a hardware security key rather than SMS-based 2FA.
- Log in and go to
Settings → Security.
- Choose Authenticator App or Hardware Key and follow the setup steps.
- Save the provided backup/recovery codes in a secure offline location.
Warning: Do not store recovery codes or seed phrases in plain text on your computer or cloud storage without encryption.
Account recovery — Forgot password or lost 2FA
Use the "Forgot password" link on the NDAX Login page to reset your password via your registered email. If you lost 2FA access, open a support ticket at NDAX Support and follow their identity verification process.
Protecting your NDAX account — best practices
- Use a long, unique password — a password manager is highly recommended.
- Enable 2FA (authenticator app or security key). Avoid SMS 2FA when possible.
- Set up withdrawal whitelists and email/SMS notifications for withdrawals and logins.
- Limit API key permissions and rotate/revoke keys you no longer use.
- Keep your device OS, browser, and antivirus updated. Beware of browser extensions that request sensitive permissions.
Phishing and scam prevention
Red flags include misspelled domains, urgent messages demanding login, or pages that ask for your password and 2FA code outside the official login flow. If you suspect phishing, do not interact and report it to NDAX Support.
Troubleshooting common NDAX Login issues
- Can't log in: try clearing browser cache, use an incognito window, or try another browser.
- 2FA codes not working: ensure device time is synced or use backup codes.
- Account locked or suspicious activity: change your password immediately and contact NDAX Support.
